Sai Kumar Joins STARK as Vice President

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc is pleased to announce that Sai Kumar has joined the company as Vice President, effective August 2026.

Sai joins at a point of steady growth for the business. Our clients across pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations are hiring into increasingly specialised roles, and they expect a staffing partner who understands the regulatory environment those roles sit in. Adding senior leadership allows us to meet that expectation consistently as the volume of work grows.

The Role

Life sciences hiring differs from general recruitment in a straightforward way: the people we place work inside regulated systems. A validation engineer, a regulatory affairs specialist or a quality assurance lead operates under 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485 and GMP documentation practice. Understanding that context is what separates a shortlist a client can act on from one they have to filter themselves.

In his role as Vice President, Sai will focus on four areas:

• Delivery across our clinical, regulatory, quality, engineering and IT practices
• Client relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO and medical device organisations across the United States
• Recruitment quality, particularly sourcing standards, submittal-to-interview conversion and time to shortlist
• Developing the leadership bench within our recruiting and account management teams
